Hi! I’m Caitlin Hathcoat! I started Sitters On the Fly after noticing a growing need for reliable care options in New Hampshire and across the country.

I grew up helping raise my five younger siblings from a very young age. This meant changing diapers at four years old, babysitting a lot (for other families in my city as well), helping with their homeschooling, and driving them to sports events as I got older.

I have since gained experience as a lead infant/toddler teacher, a behavioral therapist for children with autism, and I currently nanny and babysit for dozens of families in Southern and Eastern New Hampshire. Serving families is my passion.

On top of my experience, I also have child development courses and multiple certifications pertaining to teaching young children and keeping them safe.

As a future Mom, I am so excited to create a business that shows off what phenomenal level of care sitters should bring to the table and makes these exceptional sitters easily accessible to local families in need of some time, no matter the reason.
