Our Booking Policies

If a booking time needs to be changed or canceled altogether, please let Sitters on the Fly know as soon as possible.

Booking fees are non-refundable unless a SOTF admin approves of a refund or a sitter cancels the booking.
The sitter canceled booking can either be refunded or credited towards future bookings.

If a client cancels a booking within 24 hours, the client is responsible for paying 100% of the expected payment to the sitter.

If a client cancels a booking within 72 hours of the booking, they are responsible for paying 50% of the expected payment to the sitter.

If a client cancels a booking more than 72 hours in advance they are responsible for paying either 10% of the expected payment to the sitter or $10, whichever is higher.

If a client needs to reschedule a booking, they are allowed to reschedule one time free of charge. Each consecutive time the same booking is rescheduled, the cancellation fees apply.
